F900 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms governing the use of the f900 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

These terms are updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the latest version.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing or using the f900 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

Use of the f900 platform is limited to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction;
  • Are not located in a jurisdiction where online betting activities are prohibited or restricted by law;
  • Register on their own behalf and not on behalf of any other party;
  • Are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

F900 reserves the right to reject or cancel the registration of any user who does not meet the eligibility requirements above without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Registration and Account Information

Each user may only hold one active account on the f900 platform. At the point of registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate and complete. f900 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.

It is your sole responsibility to keep your password and account login details confidential. f900 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Permitted Use of the Platform

Users agree not to use the f900 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Fraud, attempted money laundering or financing of illegal activities;
  • Use of automated software, bots or other mechanisms to interfere with platform operations;
  • Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access your account;
  • Distributing unlawful or defamatory content through the platform.

A breach of any of the above conditions may result in immediate account suspension or closure without any right to a refund.

Payments, Deposits and Transactions in MYR

All transactions on the f900 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports approved local payment methods including FPX, Touch'n Go eWallet, and internet banking from major Malaysian financial institutions.

Users agree that:

  • Any funds deposited into an f900 account are intended solely for the use of platform services;
  • Minimum or maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on the payment method selected;
  • Withdrawals require the bank account or e-wallet name to match the registered name on the user's profile;
  • F900 reserves the right to suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud or suspicious activity pending the outcome of an investigation;
  • Any taxes, service fees or charges imposed by a bank or payment provider are solely the user's responsibility.

Any transaction-related disputes must be reported to the f900 support team within 14 days of the transaction date. After this period, f900 reserves the right to decline processing any related claims.

Limitation of Liability, Account Policies and Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

F900 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free or be available at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, f900 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from:

  • Technical failures, service interruptions, or scheduled system maintenance;
  • Betting outcomes already confirmed by the system;
  • Losses arising from use of the platform in breach of these terms.

Account Suspension and Closure

F900 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, multiple account usage or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. Any legitimate account balance may be reclaimed after the investigation is concluded, subject to f900's decision.

Intellectual Property

All content on the f900 platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software, is the exclusive property of f900 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish or exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation.

Third-Party Links

The f900 platform may contain references to third-party services. f900 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

F900 reserves the right to modify, amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without specific prior notice to users. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Continued use of the f900 platform after any changes are published constitutes the user's acceptance of the updated terms. If a user does not agree with the changes made, they should discontinue use of the platform and may contact the support team to close their account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
